Our Red Rooibos Facial Scrub is an extremely effective facial scrub. We add jojoba beads to a moisturizing base that creates the perfect facial scrub. This facial scrub not only cleans your face but also moisturizes your face in the process. This is one of our most popular products in our facial line.

All of our “Fåcial Products” contain pure therapeutic grade essential oils (some are organic). We use all organic base oils and most of the other ingredients are organic based. We are proud of our “Fåcial Line” as we use ingredients such as: hyaluronic acid, jojoba oil, borage seed oil, evening primrose oil, aloe vera, red rooibos tea, DMAE, MSM, blue green algae extract and many more wonderful ingredients. We package our facial products in either PET bottles or glass bottles with labels attached. The facial masks are packaged in glass jars and placed into a recycled chipboard box with label attached.

Skin loving juice and gel extracted from the Aloe Vera plant, naturally moisturizes and soothes the skin. Backing up centuries old beliefs of its reparative and soothing powers, researchers at a major university in Spain reported that Aloe Vera flowers and leaf extracts had antioxidant properties. A team of plastic surgeons compared Aloe Vera gel to 1% silver sulphadiazine cream (common burn treatment) for the treatment of second degree burn wounds and found that Aloe Vera gel showed advantage compared to those dressed with SSD regarding pain relief and healing. Aloe Vera is just a great overall skin products ingredient.
Organic jojoba oil is a botanical extract of the seed of an evergreen shrub. Technically it is not exactly an oil, but a wax ester. This wax ester is very similar to human sebum (our natural skin oil). It is extremely close to our skins natural pH and aids in the balancing of our skins oil production. The ingredient Jojoba provides all day moisturizing, and it is used in all of our hand and body moisturizers, deodorants, facial products and beard oil.
Jojoba beads are formulated from jojoba oil to make very small spherical shaped beads. They create an exfoliation effect, and Jojoba beads are recommended to use in facial products as other ingredients (salts etc) are too abrasive to the facial skin.
Used in the base mix of oils, coconut oil is derived from the coconut fruit. This vitamin rich oil is used in body care products for its naturally emollient (softening) and lubricating properties. This gentle oil is naturally antiseptic and antioxidant, making it a great ingredient for the skin. Hydrating and soothing make this oil a perfect addition in skin care.
Our base oil is used at a very high percentage of the mix. This beautiful oil is from the olive fruit using cold press extraction and decanting methods. Extremely beneficial for the skin, olive oil contains high levels of vitamins A & E, oleic acid and antioxidants. It also makes a great carrier oil for use with any essential oils. Our premium grade organic extra virgin olive oil penetrates deep into the skin, providing needed moisturizing as well as a shield to protect the skin, keeping it smooth, and due to its high level of antioxidants A & E, it can repair skin damage from sun exposure, cigarette smoke and pollutants.
Our organic Black Willow Bark comes from the Black Willow tree (Salix nigra). The extract from this bark contains natural beta-hydroxy acids, including acne-fighting salicylic acid. Salicylic acid, when used in cosmetic formulations at 0.5% to 1%, enhances skin cell turnover by promoting exfoliation, resulting in a general improvement in the appearance of the skin and a smoothing effect with accompanying reduction of fine lines and wrinkles. Also known for its antimicrobial properties, it can be useful as a remedy for problem skin conditions.

Exfoliate your face no more than every 3-5 days. Apply to your face and neck in circular upward gentle motions. Remember you are simply exfoliating off dead skin that takes very little pressure. Remember loofahs and shell powder based exfoliates are not necessary on the face, and could actually damage the skin.
